A drink is not always what it seems to be in the Drakeheart universe. It can be a potion of unkown qualities, or a simple ale in a mug. There are several different types, flavours and spices, most of which will be listed here.

AleEdit

Ingredients: x1 Empty bucket (x1 Cow)

Recipe: The recipe is kept secret in the heart of the Dwarf's Inner City of Stoneforge. Even it's secrets have never been written down, having passed from mouth to mouth for generations, and thus has never been written into the Great Book.

Description: The most common of all drinks in Drakeheart, the normal ale or mead is rich and creamy in taste. Some are served hot, cold or with spices like cocoa in them. Ale has a mild intoxicating effect on the drinker. It has been the centerpiece of many banquets, festivals and festivities. It is what most barkeeps sell.

 Melon WineEdit

Ingredients: x1 Bottle of water x1 Nether wart x1 Glistering melon

Recipe: Fill your bottle with water. Add a nether wart after brewing first starts. Quickly follow with a gold-stuffed piece of melon, and the bottle of melon wine is finished. If a longer after-taste is wanted, follow up with redstone dust as well. Add glowstone instead of the redstone for a stronger taste.

Description: Sweet and delicate taste, the melon wine is a sought item for it's soothing qualities. It was first brewed in the Eastern Glades area. Origin unkown.

Troll GloggEdit

Ingredients: x1 Empty ink sac x20 mugs morning bog dew x20 charcoal x1 spoon of maggots x1 half pig x3 rotten fish x40 mugs Dwarven strongsting (Dwarven 96% medicinal alcohol) x~10 eyeballs

Recipe: Pour your 20 mugs of morning bog dew into a cauldron over a fire, and let it boil. Pour onto sifter filled with charcoal. Add the spoon of maggots, your halvgris (half of a pig) and rotten fish along with the eyeballs. Splash Dwarven strongsting over, and tap into vat. Heat to serve as drink, let cool and serve as Graut stew.

Description: Each family and tribe of Trolls have their own recipe of this famous drink. A drink with a past as strong as it's taste, it has won tribes along the Northern border precious land in the past, ended confilcts and wars, and forged enemies from the best of allies. It's strong taste is favoured among Trolls and a handful Dwarfs alike, yet can prove damaging or fatal if ingested by other races. Drink with caution!

Brimstone BrandyEdit

Ingredients: x1 Bottle of water x1 Nether wart x1 Magma cream

Recipe: Fill your bottle with as per usual. Add a nether wart after brewing first starts. Heat up and add magma cream. If a longer after-taste is wanted, follow up with redstone dust. Add glowstone instead of the redstone for a stronger taste as well.

Description: The Brimstone Brandy is a relatively new drink, brisk and warm in taste. It is brewed in the major city of the North, Bragd, after several experiments trying to recreate a stronger Glogg taste.

Glogg Extra StrongEdit

Ingredients: x1 Bottle of water x1 Nether wart x1 Spider eye x1 Fermented spider eye

Recipe: Fill bottle with water. Add a nether wart after brewing first starts. Let cool and add a spider's eye. Let another eye ferment with a mushroom and a spoon of sugar in a jar. After sufficient time, open the jar and add fermented eye to brewing. If a longer after-taste is wanted, follow up with redstone dust. Add glowstone instead of the redstone for a stronger taste as well.

Description: This drink is not to be taken lightly. It's taste is similar to that of sweet fruit, laid to rot in a dark, wet place. It can severely damage and hurt any system it passes through, Troll, Dwarven, Human, or otherwise. It was this very drink that was the fatal bane of Lord Seraph, Count of old Riverpoint, when served by one of his serfs on accident at one of his annual banquets. He rapidly turned a squimish green and was found dead later that evening, in his chambers.
